DOMESTIC
orders are shipped within 3 business days. please allow for additional time during sale periods or special promotions. you will receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order ships.
please note we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it is placed.
we generally ship via USPS or UPS. if you need an item shipped express, please contact us at hello@shopacaseofyou.com and we will do our best to get it to you in time. orders with Maine shipping destinations are subject to 5.5% sales tax. we use recycled packaging and shipping materials whenever possible in an effort to reduce our footprint. a case of you is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
INTERNATIONAL
international orders ship via USPS International, UPS, or DHL. please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees upon delivery.
customs may hold packages at their discretion, and shipping times are not guaranteed. a case of you is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit to an international destination. please contact your local post office for more information once the package reaches the destination country. all international orders are final sale.
returns

  we want you to absolutely love your purchase! if for any reason you don't, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange only. credit does not expire and can be used both in store and online. please note we do not issue refunds. all sale items are final sale.

merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return. all returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. please contact us at hello@shopacaseofyou.com prior to shipping your return. returns made without prior authorization will be refused. shipping & handling fees are not refundable and will be deducted from all returns. customers are responsible for return shipping. a case of you is not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged during transit.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE, VINTAGE, OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE. INTIMATES, SWIM, BEAUTY, HOME, JEWELRY (EARRINGS) AND HATS ARE FINAL SALE.
